Download this episode’s activity book section below. This is an editable PDF that you’ll be able to type your responses into and save after use. If you are accessing the PDF on a smartphone or tablet and haven’t already done so, we highly recommend downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader for easy editing. This is a free app that will allow you to edit the PDF without requiring any paid upgrades. Any edits will be saved within the app for future reference. If you prefer to physically write your responses, use the activity book to guide this process and feel free to write it down in a printed version or in your own journal.
It’s up to you how you want to do it.
